Elio wasn’t just a cousin to me, he was the older brother I never had. He could brighten any room he walked into no matter how dull the energy was or how heavy the situation felt, Elio always found a way to lift it.

He had a special way with each and every one of us, always knowing exactly how to cheer us up and what we needed.

His adventures were endless. Every time we sat together, we somehow ended up at ten different concerts in ten different countries.

He was so full of life, adventurous, ambitious, and always ready for the next memory. Even though he isn’t with us anymore, we will always remember his laugh, his jokes, and the way he tried to teach us dance moves just to keep us entertained.
